Shpapi
Shpapi started with my brother and one simple idea: follow the fire inside of you that makes you glad you're alive.
What began in a college dorm room as a shared passion for style, creativity, and late-night conversations slowly grew into something real. The name came the same way everything else did, naturally, but nothing about it was accidental. Our friends back home in Mexico had always called us Papi as a fun nickname, but one night on the beach we added the Sh and it just clicked. Smoother, sleeker, a name that moved like the vision we had in our heads.
Mexico raised us, New York challenged us. Growing up between both places taught us how to move between worlds without losing yourself in either one. That's still what we design for. We didn't set out to make eyewear. We set out to build something worth being a part of. Every piece has its own personality, and every eyepiece is named after someone real, a close friend, a face from the community, someone who's already part of the story. If you know the name, you're already family.

At Shpapi, we strive to provide high-quality sunglasses and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of our business and the customization of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms:
All Sales are Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases made on the Website, whether for regular-priced or discounted items, personalized or customized sunglasses, or any other product offered by Shpapi.
Customized Products: Shpapi offers customization options for some sunglasses, including engraving, lens tinting, or other personalized features. Any orders for customized products are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, as they are specially made to order and cannot be resold.
Product Defects: Shpapi takes pride in the quality of our products, and we thoroughly inspect all sunglasses before they are shipped. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis, which may include repair or replacement of the defective product, but not a refund.
Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees, as well as any applicable taxes, are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred by Shpapi to fulfill and ship your order.
Changes to Orders: Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the order, including but not limited to changes in product specifications, customization options, shipping address, or payment information.
